Software for machines and plants

Software for machines and plants. Making data visible.

ralwo PlantPulse, ralwo DocIntel and ralwo FlowOptimizer are our building blocks for Industry 4.0 software: live plant data, usable technical documents, calculable processes. Every demo runs in the browser: you click, ask, switch and see what the system makes of it.

All demos run on simulated data

ralwo PlantPulsePlants & machines

Plant data in real time, anomalies with an explanation.

PlantPulse reads signals from PLCs and SCADA via OPC UA and pulls order data from the MES, shows temperature, vibration and pressure as running traces and calculates OEE, availability, performance and quality alongside. When a pattern deviates from the reference profile, the AI reports it – with reasoning and a recommended action.

PLANTPULSE
Starting demo …

What you see

  1. Streaming sensor data

Temperature, vibration and pressure per machine, one sample per second, with a threshold line.

  2. OEE figures

Availability, performance and quality as tiles that move with the data.

  3. Explained anomaly

The alert names the affected component, the deviation and the confidence of the assessment.

  4. Recommended action

The alert becomes a maintenance order – with one click, released by your team.

Typical use

  • Plant KPIs in real time

One look at line and machine replaces yesterday’s analysis of SCADA exports.
  • Condition-based maintenance

Bearings, valves and drives are serviced when their data calls for it – not by the calendar.

ralwo DocIntelTechnical documents

Technical documents become usable data.

DocIntel reads maintenance manuals, datasheets and inspection reports and extracts what your operation needs: part numbers, tightening torques, intervals, safety notes. Every value comes with its source and a confidence score – you see where it came from.

What you see

  1. Entities with confidence

Part numbers, tightening torques, intervals and safety notes, each with a confidence score and its location in the document.

  2. Structured output

The same values as JSON or a table – ready for MES, ERP or your maintenance system.

  3. Questions to the document

You ask a question; the answer quotes the paragraph and highlights it in the document.

  4. Traceable source

Every answer ends with page, paragraph and confidence. Nothing appears in the result without evidence.

Typical use

  • Making maintenance documentation searchable

Decades of PDFs and scans become a knowledge base that maintenance staff query directly.
  • Transferring datasheets into master data

Technical values from supplier documents land in the ERP verified, instead of typed into Excel by hand.

ralwo FlowOptimizerProcesses

Bottlenecks visible, throughput calculated.

FlowOptimizer models your process chain from goods receipt to dispatch, measures throughput and lead time per station and shows the bottleneck. Switch on AI optimisation and you see before and after – before anything is rearranged on the shop floor.

FLOWOPTIMIZER
Starting demo …
Fig. 03 — FlowOptimizer · Process chain goods receipt → dispatchSimulation

What you see

  1. Process chain with measured values

Five stations, each with its throughput in units per hour, plus the lead time of the whole chain.

  2. Bottleneck detection

The station that sets the pace of the line is marked – as a measured fact, not a guess.

  3. Before and after

Throughput, lead time and cost per unit in direct comparison, as bars and as numbers.

  4. Parameters to try out

Shifts and batch size can be moved; the model recalculates immediately.

Typical use

  • Bottleneck analysis of a line

Before a machine is bought, the model shows whether it raises throughput at all.
  • Shift and batch-size planning

Planners compare variants on the model instead of in live production.

Custom software

Software for industrial plants, built to your requirements.

The three building blocks show how ralwo works: connect data, analyse it, explain it. If your case is different, it starts with a free initial consultation and ends with an application that fits your plant.

Free · No obligation · approx. 30 minutes

Let’s talk about your plant.

In a free initial consultation we clarify your goals, your data situation and the feasibility – with no obligation.
