Every project starts with a conversation about your plant, your data and your goal – not with a product catalogue. Only once it is clear where a solution has a measurable effect do we design it. Sometimes the outcome of the initial consultation is: no project.
Explainable instead of black box.
Every extraction and every anomaly comes with its source and a confidence score. Your maintenance team sees why the system suggests something and decides for itself. A model that cannot be explained does not go into your production.
Your data stays with you.
Processing in the EU, on-premise at your plant on request. We set up interfaces to PLC, OPC UA, MES and ERP so that data leaves your network only when you decide it should. What we develop for you, we document so that you could run it without us.
Who carries the responsibility at ralwo.
Whoever advises you in the initial consultation is also responsible for concept, implementation and operation later on. There is no handover to another team.

Abbas Mohammadi is the owner of HYWOS and with it the ralwo brand. We founded ralwo because the same gap exists in many plants: the data is there, but nobody sees it – and AI is promised, but rarely built in a way a maintenance team can trust.
That is why we take on the responsibility ourselves: for the conversation at the start, for the architecture, for every component that goes into your production, and for the operation afterwards. If something does not work, you reach us directly – by e-mail or phone.
